British Soap Awards 2018 live: All the news, gossip and more from the red carpet

It’s been a dramatic, heartbreaking and moving 12 months in Soapland – who would expect any less?

And tonight, the most memorable moments from your favourite soaps are being honoured at the British Soap Awards 2018. Hosted by Phillip Schofield just days ahead of his own Corrie cameo appearance, the show will be broadcast live on ITV from 8pm.

Digital Spy will also be at London’s famous Hackney Empire theatre tonight chatting to stars from Coronation Street, Doctors, EastEnders, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks.
